Currently under construction with completion anticipated for Spring 2027, this timber frame barn is set within the mountains of North Georgia. A douglas fir timber frame defines the architecture, drawing from traditional agrarian forms while sitting naturally in the landscape. The ground level supports farm equipment and a work shop, with a two bedroom guest residence above to capture the mountain views.

Studio Donato designed the barn and partnered with Collins Cooper Carusi Architects to bring the project through construction documentation and administration reflecting a collaborative approach to design across regions.

Studio Donato was additionally contracted to complete the interior architecture package for the barn and guest house.
