Currently under construction with completion anticipated in winter 2026, this timber frame barn is set within the mountains of North Georgia. A douglas fir timber frame defines the architecture, drawing from traditional agrarian forms while sitting naturally in the landscape. The ground level supports farm equipment and a work shop, with a two bedroom guest residence above to capture the mountain views.

Studio Donato designed the barn and partnered with Collins Cooper Carusi Architects to bring the project through construction, reflecting a collaborative approach to design across regions.
